Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

  • Please note that we never deal with support tickets on the weekend.
  • We do not keep fixed office hours as myself and my band of merry support staff keep flex hours from Monday to Thursday.
  • We do not work on Public holidays or religious holidays.
If you submit a ticket on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the earliest time we will get to your ticket is Monday. Tickets will be addressed in the order of arrival.

Please be patient. I know in a world of instant access this is a challenge for some folks but we will get to your issue.

Please be as detailed as you can be when completing your ticket so we don't need to come back and ask questions over and over. Use bullet points if that helps convey the information easier.
